Kurviger 3.3.0 – Tour recording and much more

Posted by

We are pleased to announce that we have released version 3.3.0 of the Kurviger app and it is now available for you. The new 3.3.0 update of the Kurviger app once again brings many new functions and optimizations. It includes a long-awaited feature: tour recording.

In this blog post, we would like to introduce you to the improvements and provide you with a brief summary of all the changes.

Tour recording

The long-awaited feature is now available: Tour recording! You can record your motorcycle tours directly and save them in the Kurviger Cloud. As soon as you take a break in the navigation, the route you have ridden becomes visible in the planning view. After completing your ride, you then have the option of saving the recording. In the Kurviger Cloud, you can then dive deep into the details of your tour and take a close look at the duration, speed and course, for example. And best of all, you can also export your route as a GPX file to save it for later or share it with others.

Tip: In the Kurviger documentation, we have already compiled an overview for you with the most important information on tour recording.

Planning and cloud

In addition, there has been an extensive redesign to improve your route planning and cloud usage on mobile devices. We have completely revised and modernized the views.

Your recorded tours can be found in the Kurviger Cloud

Integrate POIs directly into your route

The planning area also benefits from the new update. You now have the option of integrating points of interest (POIs) and your personal favorites directly into your routes. This makes creating a route not only easier, but also more individual, because you can plan important places directly.

Navigation

Introduction of the navigation pause concept, which allows you to pause navigation en route, either for a stop or because you want to change your route en route. When you arrive at your destination, you can end the journey.

In addition, shaping points are now ignored both when zooming and in the navigation instructions.
