MOTORRADSTRASSEN trade fair edition “2020 season”

What you can expect

Last season, the editorial team of MOTORRADSTRASSEN once again covered many thousands of kilometers on the road. This began back in March with a tour of Florida and the last motorcycle adventures of the year were experienced in Andalusia in December, which, as so often, proved to be an excellent winter escape and provided the editors with wonderful temperatures between 10 and 25 degrees in addition to crisp and wonderfully low-traffic asphalt roads. Of course, we would like to whet your appetite for the Andalusia report in the magazine and briefly present one of four tours.

Andalusia – the ideal winter destination

The 250-kilometer tour starts at our landlord, Sepp from bmwbiking, who as always provides us with top Bavarian bikes, but now also has a few KTMs in his stable. Sepp will be at the trade fair in Friedrichshafen, so if you’re interested in a trip to Andalusia, why not drop by? Over the local mountains of Malaga, which offer many a magnificent view of the Andalusian metropolis, an almost unbelievable ribbon of bends then stretches out, leading us to Archidona and from there to beautiful Antequera. The inviting old town and the fortress are definitely worth a visit.

A little later, we are already winding our way back down towards the coast, but not without taking in the gigantic rock spectacle in the El Torcal nature park. “Roll through in awe” is the motto – the astonished mouth only closes again during the break, when the incomparable ham and cheese is enjoyed in the restaurant of the information center.

The descent to Malaga, garnished again and again with magnificent views of the Mediterranean, is once again a biker’s dream and underlines the incredible diversity of this motorcycling paradise.

Germany’s low mountain ranges and the Alps

Of course, many of ‘s motorcycle highlights and the curves and hairpin bends of the Alps are also an integral part of the MOTORRADSTRASSEN trade fair edition.

The bike hosts Axel, Dirk and Walter show us their favorites in the , the and around the Edersee on the enclosed tour map.

How about this power tour between Willingen/Hochsauerland and the biking village of Dodenau, for example, which guarantees a wonderful curve dance through northern and has attractive stops in store with the Fährhaus am Diemelsee and the Curioseum in Willingen?

Not without the Dolomites

The Dolomites are still one of the most popular destinations in the Alps. Here, South Tyrolean hoteliers Hans and Roland present six amazing tours between Timmelsjoch and Lake Garda.

Just a glance at the tour recommendation over the Karer Pass, the San Pellegrino and the incredible Rolle Pass shows what can be expected on this almost 200-kilometer tour.
