Motorradtouren Vorarlberg
Although Vorarlberg, Austria’s westernmost province, has only one pass above the magical 2000m mark (Bielerhöhe 2035m), the number of passes, high valleys and saddle roads is impressive with over 20 destinations. However, numbers alone do not express the very special beauty of the wonderful valley floors that are so characteristic of this Austrian province. For example, the small village of Sulzberg, just over the German border, is worth every journey. If you’re looking for something a little higher and really mountainous, then the Silvretta High Alpine Road with the Silvretta reservoir, which is subject to a toll, is recommended. The information boards on the edge of the lake quickly take you into the underground world of Austria’s huge cavern power stations.
